John Plymak became interested in drawing and design as a child by copying comic book pages. John graduated with a BFA in fine art/graphic design from Ohio Northern University, and has spent his career involved in package design and printing technology. You can find John’s designs in your refrigerator and basement! As a lifelong practitioner of fine art, John is excited to teach drawing media, including graphite, pastels, colored pencils, and pen and ink. John has also recently begun teaching visual communication at the Community College level, and tries to blend fine art principles with the latest digital technology.
