Artist Bren Glasure chooses to handwork each piece in her Tread the Terra artisan jewelry line, resulting in uniquely imperfect creations. She has been creating jewelry since the late 1980s, and has been metalsmithing since 2010. Glasure, who is largely self-taught, is bringing her joy of making to BAYarts by teaching metalsmithing classes to beginners and intermediate students. She loves to give her students choices for their designs, then teaches them how to build their skills to create their own unique pieces.
