Amanda Rose earned a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree from the Cleveland Institute of Art in Illustration. She is a freelance illustrator that specializes in children’s books, surface design, and printmaking. She is driven to create children’s books and illustrations that bring a sense of wonder and whimsy. She is drawn to illustrating because of the storytelling aspect of it. Her goal through teaching and her own art is the same, to inspire the younger generation to create. She firmly believes that art is not only important but essential in helping kids develop.
