Deep Earth Dreaming is an immersive installation envisioned by artist Alison McKim. The concept for this exhibit arises from her experience at the 2024 Deep Ecology Artist Residency, along the Ohio River. Wild plants, images, historic textiles, and natural materials are interwoven within evocative, multisensory settings, to honor the healing medicine of nature and the stories of women of the past. There will be hands-on elements to explore and enjoy.
