A celebration of the work of beloved local artist Anthony Eterovich brought to us by his daughter. Join us for an opening reception on Friday, October 10 from 5-8 pm in the Sally J. Otto Gallery.
Anthony Eterovich, an artist and educator from Cleveland, Ohio, created a vast body of work over the course of his 70-year career. His work was featured in exhibitions throughout institutions such as the Canton Art Institute, the Butler Institute of American Art, Ohio University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Massillon Museum of Fine Arts, and the Artist Archives of the Western Reserve. Eterovich also worked as a teacher in the Cleveland Public School System for over 30 years, as well as an adjunct professor for the Cleveland Institute of Art.
Join us for a special panel discussion on Sunday, October 12 at 1 pm featuring Art Historian Dr. Marianne Berardi, Mindy Tousley, Executive Director of the Artist Archives of the Western Reserve, and Eterovich’s former student George Kozman. The discussion will take place in the Sullivan Family Auditorium, followed by a viewing of the retrospective exhibit in the Sally J. Otto Gallery. This event is free and open to the public.
