The Jurors
This year, we are honored to have two distinguished jurors.
Ross Lesko
Ross Lesko has over twenty years of experience as a gallery director. He has curated numerous exhibitions in private galleries, art centers and museums. He represents a group of international contemporary artists, and maintains and curates a collection of unique, historical artwork. His analysis and evaluation of art draws from a vast knowledge of contemporary and historical art, incorporating a wide aesthetic spectrum, consisting of various regions, cultures, styles, periods, and mediums.
Judith Brandon
Judith Brandon is an acclaimed Cleveland-based artist, known for her large-scale mixed-media works on paper. A graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Art (1987), Brandon has cultivated a career marked by artistic excellence. Through bold vision and emotional impact she explores the raw power of nature and the depths of the human spirit. Her innovative technique of incising, ink wash and multi- layered pastel drawing guides the viewer between the natural world and inner consciousness. Brandon’s work has received widespread recognition, including the Ohio Arts Council Individual Excellence Award and multiple honors from the Butler Institute of American Art Midyear Exhibitions. She has had solo exhibitions at the Canton Museum of Art and The Southern Ohio Museum and Kenneth Paul Lesko Gallery.

ENTRY PROCESS
All entries must be submitted electronically through ArtCall.
TIMELINE FOR NOTIFICATION
All entries will be notified between 12 pm and 8 pm on Tuesday, March 3rd, by email. A list of all accepted work will be posted on the BAYarts website on Wednesday, March 4th at 12 pm.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCEPTED ENTRANTS
All accepted work should be delivered to BAYarts, 28795 Lake Road, Bay Village OH 44140 on Monday, March 9th, 2026 between 10 am and 7 pm or Tuesday, March 10, 2026 between 9 am and 12 pm. All work must be wired and ready to hang; work not wired will not be accepted. No sawtooth hangers, please. BAYarts WILL RETAIN 40% OF EACH SALE.
RULES OF ENTRY
- Artists must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States or Canada – please note shipping of Artwork will not be accepted.
- Artists may submit up to three (3) pieces of original art in any two-dimensional or three-dimensional media. Entry fee is $15 per piece. A maximum of 3 pieces allowed for this call.
- All work must be submitted between 10 am January 15, 2026 and 11:59 pm, February 21st, 2026
- All work must have been executed within the last 5 years and not previously shown at BAYarts.
- Time-based, electronic media, performance art, and installations will NOT be accepted.
- Giclee Prints of original artwork will NOT be accepted
- Work exceeding 42 inches in any dimension will be excluded due to space
- Work may not exceed seventy pounds in weight
- Entries must remain in the gallery for the duration of the exhibition
- Artists must grant permission for BAYarts to use their images and information in promotional materials
- Entry Fee is non-refundable
