The Jurors
This year, we are honored to have two distinguished jurors.

Mary Urbas
Mary Urbas is a gallery director and curator with over 40 years of experience, has dedicated her career to supporting local artists. She has curated numerous acclaimed exhibitions, including the renowned From Woman show, which she will bring to BAYarts this year.

Gina Washington
Gina Washington brings an impressive resume as a juror for prestigious organizations such as the National Endowment for the Arts, the Valley Arts Center’s 52nd Annual Exhibition, and The Sculpture Center’s upcoming season of Revealed Artists, among others.
ENTRY PROCESS
All entries must be submitted electronically through ArtCall.
TIMELINE FOR NOTIFICATION
All entries will be notified between 12 PM and 8 PM on Tuesday, March 4th, by email. A list of all accepted work will be posted on the BAYarts website on Wednesday, March 5th, at 12PM.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCEPTED ENTRANTS
All accepted work should be delivered to BAYarts, 28795 Lake Road, Bay Village OH 44140 – Monday, March 10th, 2025 between 10AM and 7PM and Tuesday, March 11, 2025 between 9AM and 12PM. All work must be wired and ready to hang – work not wired will not be accepted- no sawtooth hangers, please. BAYarts WILL RETAIN 40% OF EACH SALE.
RULES OF ENTRY
- Artists must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States or Canada – please note shipping of Artwork will not be accepted.
- Artists may submit up to three (3) pieces of original art in any two-dimensional or three-dimensional media – entry fee is $15 per piece- a maximum of 3 pieces allowed for this call.
- All work must be submitted between 10AM Monday January 17, 2025 and 11:59PM, Sunday February 23rd, 2025
- All work must have been executed within the last 5 years and not previously shown at BAYarts.
- Time-based, electronic media, performance art, and installations will NOT be accepted.
- Giclee Prints of original artwork will NOT be accepted
- Work exceeding 42 inches in any dimension will be excluded due to space
- Work may not exceed seventy pounds in weight
- Entries must remain in the gallery for the duration of the exhibition
- Artists must grant permission for BAYarts to use their images and information in promotional materials
- Entry Fee is non-refundable
