Scholarships
BAYarts is once again offering scholarships for youth and adult art classes. The newly formed fund is made possible by BAYarts’ Friends of BAYarts Auxiliary Board.

Class Registration Policies
Payment is due at the time of registration
Registration Fee & Cancellation Policies
Registration: Students are not registered until tuition is paid and all forms are completed. A completed registration form and health release form must be completed for all children. If you have a credit to use, please let us know when registration is open and we will apply it. Please do not contact us early – credit does not guarantee a spot – no pre-registration.
Drop-ins: We do not offer drop in classes unless specified in the course description.
Refunds: Payment is due at the time of registration. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds. A credit will be issued to your account instead.
Missed Classes: Fees are NOT refunded or pro-rated for missed classes. Any classes we need to cancel will be credited to your account. If you miss a class or can no longer attend you will not be compensated and we unfortunately cannot provide makeup sessions or materials.
