This class is designed for students that want to explore the foundations of art while building confidence in their creativity. A CCAD alum, published illustrator and comic artist, Jim will teach students basic drawing skills such as shading, perspective, and proportion, then apply those techniques to painting with acrylics, ink and watercolors. Each session will introduce new tools and methods in a fun and supportive environment, encouraging experimentation and self expression. By the end of the course, students will have a portfolio of finished artwork and a stronger understanding of how to bring their ideas to life.
