BAYarts believes yoga for kids is beneficial in so many ways. It helps them to be social, relax, relieve stress, sleep better and be more mindful of their bodies. This popular class is held in the Playhouse Hearth room enabling students to spread out and enjoy yoga poses, meditation, and other fun activities! Mats are provided or bring your own.
