Eliza Wing
Instructor Eliza Wing is a visual artist, writer and life coach. She is a former C- level executive who has been teaching mindfulness and heart opening practices since 2015. She is trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, TraumaSensitive Mindfulness and the Neuroscience of Coaching. She is a Transformational Life Coach, working with clients to help them navigate life with joy and peace. Renascence
