Shay received her Bachelor of Arts from Cleveland State University in 2022. She was brought on as an intern in the summer of 2022 and has since moved into the Administrative Assistant position, working primarily within education, but lending a helping hand to all the departments. Shay also spends part of her time teaching at BAYarts and coordinating children’s birthday parties.
