Drawing and Painting Animals (Spring)

Learn to draw and paint animals with an artist that has been using animals as his subject for over twenty years. In this class, learn how to find the animals structure, form and proportion while also learning how to capture expression and feeling. The instructor will also go into detail about how to draw textures, fur and other details that help to bring the drawings and paintings to life. Materials: graphite drawing pencils, charcoal, watercolors or acrylic paints.

Eric Dull

Eric Dull grew up and currently lives in Grafton, Ohio. He is a 1997 graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Art with a BFA in Illustration. He has worked as a illustrator, graphic and product designer as well as a production artist for a variety of Cleveland area companies. Working in such varied environments, he has become skilled in a wide range of mediums and techniques, both traditional and digital. In 2007 he began working his own projects with a concentration in his life long love of nature through realistic, detailed paintings and drawings. This has expanded to Broken Road Creative Studios, studio and gallery space in Grafton were he works and conducts classes and workshops.

Registration Fee & Cancellation Policies

Registration: Students are not registered until tuition is paid and all forms are completed. When registering for classes on paper, rather than online, a completed registration form and health release form must be completed.

Refunds: If a student is unable to attend a course and they inform BAYarts Registrar 7 days prior to the start of the class, a full refund or class credit will be given. If the Registrar is notified less than 7 days and more than 2 days before the start of class, a class credit will be given minus a processing fee. (Processing Fee = 25% of the tuition paid for class) No refund if notified less than 2 days before the start of class or workshop.

Missed Classes: Fees are NOT refunded or pro-rated for missed classes.
